Re-apply for Admission
Former students seeking to resume their degree after being out one or more semesters.
Apply Process Steps
Fill out the online application form from the options above and pay the $60 fee. Watch for an email confirming your application form was received.
Send official transcripts from each undergraduate institutions attended to the Graduate School at the address below.
Send electronic transcripts to: gradapp@uark.edu
UA - Fayetteville graduates do not need to send in transcripts.

An application is considered complete when the Graduate School has received all required materials.
Allow two to four weeks for admission processing.
After you have been fully admitted and accepted the offer of admissions, you will receive email instructions on how to activate your university email account.
Admission Requirements
- Applicants must have a bachelor of science in engineering from a program accredited
by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET (or equivalent accreditation).
- Engineering Technology degrees are not accepted.
- Those interested in pursuing a graduate degree may be interested in the Master of Science in Operations Management degree (MSOM).
- A grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (A=4.0) on all course work taken prior to receipt of the engineering bachelor degree, OR
- A GPA of 3.0 or better on the last 60 hours of course work taken prior to receipt of the engineering bachelor degree.
- Applicants with a GPA between 2.50 and 2.99 on all course work prior to receipt of bachelor of science in engineering will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and conditionally admitted.

Admission Deadlines
- Fall 8W1: August 1
- Fall 8W2: September 15
- Spring 8W1: December 1
- Spring 8W2: February 15
- Summer 8W: May 1
Readmission
Students who take a break from classes for a full semester (Fall 8W1 and 8W2 or Spring 8W1 and 8W2) must be readmitted to the program. To be readmitted, a student must submit the online application for admission. Only courses less than 6 years old can be used toward the MSEM degree.
Transcripts
The preferred method to send an official transcript is to have your university send it electronically.
