- Applicants must have a bachelor of science in engineering from an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET (or equivalent accreditation), and
- A grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (A=4.0) on all course work taken prior to receipt of the engineering bachelor degree, or
- A GPA of 3.0 or better on the last 60 hours of course work taken prior to receipt of the engineering bachelor degree.

Interested applicants with a GPA between 2.50 and 2.99 on all course work prior to receipt of Bachelor of Science in engineering will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and conditionally admitted.
Those with a bachelor of science in engineering technology may be interested in the Master of Science in Operations Management degree (MSOM).
For admission consideration, students who are not native speakers of English and who do not have a conferred bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university must submit minimum satisfactory scores on selected standardized tests set forth by the graduate school.
